We are currently seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED ?Expert OR Master Level Tech / Mechanic? to add to our ?Service Team?. This dynamic individual must have 2-5 years dealership experience in the Harley-Davidson and Buell industry. Must also have a proven and successful track record with the desire to provide top-notch service to our customers ensuring serviceability requirements are met.
Qualified candidates must be a motorcycle enthusiast and have H-D early and late model knowledge. Responsibilities include but not limited to installing and removing various test parts and systems, documenting observations of test results, performing inspections and scheduled service and repairs according to service requirements and work orders. Must have coordination or normal mental dexterity and visual attention including good vision, hearing and motor skills. Ability to safely lift, handle and operate heavyweight motorcycles. Be focused while possessing a positive team-oriented mentality having the ability to work with as well as learn from others, have drive and initiative.
Applicants should also be reliable, self-motivated, fast learners and have the aptitude to follow directions while setting an example for others by using safe work practices.
It is definitely a ?BIG PLUS? if you have a valid M-Class motorcycle endorsement driver's license, Buell and V-Rod experience, green lane experience, MMI Grad, H-D School up-to-date.
Physical requirements: Must be able to move motorcycles which may weigh in excess of 900 pounds and carry miscellaneous objects or materials.
Some Saturdays may be required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass drug screen
Compensation will be determined according to experience
